the breakfast options woudl ve been better with some variety, and the hot water was plentiful, but seriously, does no one care about draining showers here? i also expected a warm welcome gesture when we arrived, but you know, why would they treat guests nicely? disappointing, just disappointing. glad i didn't give a good review.

The staff made my boyfriend's birthday real special, bringin’ out a cake that was just lovely. The rooftop was peaceful, and our room? Just beautiful. Breakfast by the pool was a treat. Didn’t want to leave, but I tell ya, I shoulda booked a few more nights!

The airport pickup failed to show, which wasted half a day attempting to find alternative transport. Breakfast selection was somewhat poor, and the room's décor featured excessive rose petals every day, which didn’t suit everyone's taste. The pool area is quite small, limiting its appeal for relaxation.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the warm hospitality and helpful staff. Exploring the Bahia Palace and shopping at the souk was a highlight. The food was tasty, and the pool area was a great place to chill.

Our stay was marred by having to wait for our room, which wasn’t ready at check-in. It was a little frustrating, especially after a long journey.
